What they do
ACC is a regional contractor delivering large-scale, complex developments across the UAE, KSA and Africa. We work across mixed use, hospitality, culture and public buildings, commercial, infrastructure and industrial, energy, development and finance, and residential sectors, with nearly six decades of delivery behind us.
We act as main contractor on landmark developments, taking responsibility for full construction delivery including substructure and superstructure works, architectural finishes, MEP systems, façade delivery and vertical transportation. Our projects range from high-rise residential and hospitality towers to government administrative complexes, power and desalination plants, and offsite infrastructure works for major energy clients.
Our clients include government entities, financial institutions, real estate developers and national energy companies such as ADNOC, and our portfolio spans the Middle East and Africa.
